Filler

Ginger offers a variety of filler types. The best filler type is the one that is selected for you based on where it is being placed, and what the purpose is for that filler. Sometimes more structure is needed from a filler, like when it is placed in the cheeks to replace lost volume. Sometimes more stretch is needed, as in around the mouth in the nasolabial folds or marionette lines so the product moves naturally with the tissue. Ginger chooses this product with you to achieve the best outcome and duration. She also offers what are more commonly referred to as Biostimulants. Biostimulants are products that when injected cause the body to build more of its own collagen so that you get volume but it occurs naturally over time.

Made of Calium Hydroxylapatite, this is both a filler and a bio-stimulant. In a concentrated form it provides structure and in a hyper-dilute form it improves skin tightening. In both cases, Radiesse stimulates collagen production.

A biocompatible substance, PLLA (poly L lactic acid) in a fluid carrier that stimulates collagen over time. This product takes multiple sessions to achieve the perfect look but provides a natural look and is useful in areas where hylaronic acid is not.

A semi-permanent filler of tiny microspheres of PMMA (poly methyl methacrylate) suspended in collagen immediately fills and then stimulates collagen. Bellafil has a longer duration but requires multiple treatments and is not appropriate for all patients.
